NEUTRA-QUAT is a phosphate-free cleaner, sanitizer, and neutral disinfectant designed to effectively clean, sanitize, deodorize, and disinfect hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, schools, food processing facilities, restaurants, lecture theaters, convention centres, agricultural buildings, and other establishments where cleanliness of premises is of paramount importance in order to control the risks of cross-contamination on treated surfaces. When used as instructed, this product is specially designed to disinfect non-porous, non moving hard surfaces such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic tiles, plastic surfaces, washrooms, showers, bathtubs, cupboards, and artificial turf surfaces. Also used as an all-purpose disinfectant and cleaner for larger areas such as operating rooms or examination rooms. Effectively deodorizes places where it is generally difficult to control unpleasant odours such as garbage cans, storage locations, empty bins, toilet bowls, and other places where the growth of microorganisms causes foul smells. Neutral pH will not damage polished finish on floors with repetitive use.
